Repiping Services in Santa Rosa & Sonoma County

If your home is dealing with recurring pinhole leaks, discolored water, or pressure that keeps dropping no matter how many fixtures you repair, the pipe itself — not any single fixture — is usually the real problem. Galvanized steel and some older copper runs simply reach the end of their service life.

We repipe supply lines in copper or PEX and replace failing drain and sewer sections in code-stamped ABS or cast iron, planning the route to minimize drywall and floor disruption. Every new fitting is pressure-tested and photographed before we close up any wall.

What's Included

  • Whole-home supply repiping — Copper or PEX replacement for galvanized or failing pipe.
  • Partial / targeted repipe — Replace just the problem section or bathroom instead of the entire home.
  • Drain & sewer line replacement — Code-compliant ABS or cast-iron replacement for damaged sections.
  • Fixture rough-in for remodels — In-wall tank systems, relocated fixtures, and bathroom reconfigurations.
  • Pressure testing on every job — Every new run is tested before drywall goes back up.
  • Permit & inspection handling — We pull permits and coordinate inspections so the work is documented.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I need a full repipe or just a repair?
One isolated leak is usually a repair. Recurring leaks in different spots, discolored or low-pressure water throughout the home, or pipe material known to fail (galvanized steel, early polybutylene) are signs the whole system is aging out — we'll inspect and give you an honest recommendation either way.
How much of my home will need to be opened up?
It depends on your home's layout and whether pipes run through walls, attic, or crawlspace. Where possible we route through attic or crawlspace access to minimize drywall cuts, and we patch and prep any opening we do make.
Copper or PEX — which is better for a repipe?
Both are code-approved and durable. Copper has a long track record and resists degradation; PEX is flexible, resists freeze-cracking, and often costs less to install. We'll recommend based on your home, budget, and local code.
Will I have water during the repipe?
Most repipes are staged so you have water access at the end of each work day, with only a short shutoff during the final connection and pressure test.
